Hyperbaric Chamber 2.jpg

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and hyperbaric medicine involve using pressure greater than ambient air to treat various conditions and disease states.  Patients lie or sit in pressurized chambers that may be either hard (steel) or soft (kevlar, neoprene, etc.) and breathe regular air or, more commonly, 100% oxygen. More on hyperbaric medicine here.

HBOT is currently a well-known treatment for many conditions including air embolisms in divers, carbon monoxide poisoning, skin grafts and burns, and certain radiation injuries.  It is also used for other conditions in alternative medicine or “off-label” such as cancer, migraines, Crohn’s disease, and Lyme disease.  More conditions that may be treated with HBOT can be found here.

HBOT works by improving circulation, maximizing oxygen transport, preserving and enhancing cellular function, enhancing anti-microbial function, and reducing inflammation and swelling.

HBOT also has robust scientific and anecdotal data in treating TBI, concussion, and neuro-inflammation.

You can help those who cannot afford HBOT treatments.  Please donate here.

If you or a loved one has experienced a concussion, traumatic brain injury or has CTE or other neurological disorder involving inflammation we recommend that you seek treatment at an approved hyperbaric medical facility as quickly as you are able.  The sooner the better.

Below you will find the most comprehensive list of hyperbaric medical centers anywhere on earth.  We aim to list every site available world-wide but need your help.  If you own or manage a clinic that is not listed please send us a message here and we will get you on the list.  If you know of a clinic or have been treated at a facility that is not listed please let us know here and we will put them on our list.
